To all the blissful Fun Walk Participants,

Starting the Fun and Healthy Walk event that Insya Allah we will be holding in the next few moments, let’s first say our praise and gratitude to Allah SWT, the God of One and Almighty due to all of His grace and blessing upon our life, especially for the health blessing we always feel in our lives.

Being Healthy is beautiful. Therefore, we must always be grateful and take care of it by doing positive things like we are going to do today.

To all the honorable audience,

Through the holding of Fun Walk activity in order to celebrate the 46th Anniversary of Scout Movement and the 62th anniversary of Indonesian Republic’s Proclamation Day by the forming of attitude, mentality, and personality of Indonesian youths who possess the spirits to defend the nation, the patriot of developments, and become unifier of nation.

To realize this vision and mission, we need to immediately carry out organizing efforts. Just like what have been carried out by this organization, Scout Movement has held a wide and broad range, started from local to national level, which are all of them must be organized well.

To achieve the mission and vision of Scouts Movement, the role of an instructor and guider is highly important. In other words, the role of instructor and guider becomes a factor that really affects and guarantees the successfulness of Scout Movement’s relativity, in the same manner as the role of teachers and lecturers in the relativity of education system.

This activity is surely very strategic in our effort to embrace youths in the midst of society, so that they can participate in positive activities provided by Scout Movement in Tarakan City.

For that reason, I always welcome well the steps carried out by Scout Movement Troops, in hope of activities like these can imprint the spirits and love of youths towards patriotism and nationalism in the society.

I am on the behalf of Tarakan City Government say thanks for all the components of Tarakan City people who have participated. Finally, by saying Bismillahirahmanirahim, the Scout Fun Walk of High School and Public Level in Tarakan City this morning, hereby I state it is officially started.

I wish Allah Swt will always give His blessing upon us and all of our deeds would be rewarded deservedly by Him. Aamiin.

Para Peserta Gerak Jalan yang berbahagia,

Mengawali Gerak Jalan sehat, yang Insya Allah akan kita lakukan sebentar lagi, marilah terlebih dahulu kita memanjatkan rasa puji dan syukur kita kehadirat Allah SWT, Tuhan Yang Maha Esa atas segala limpahan karunia yang senantiasa diberikan dalam kehidupan kita, teristimewa karunia kesehatan yang senantiasa kita rasakan dalam kehidupan ini.

Sehat itu indah, untuk itulah kita patut senantiasa mensyukuri serta menjaganya, dengan melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan positif seperti yang kita laksanakan pada hari ini.

Saudara dan Para Hadirin yang saya hormati, Melalui pelaksanaan kegiatan gerak jalan dalam rangka peringatan Gerakan Pramuka ke-46 dan HUT

Proklamasi ke-62 ini kiranya dapat mewujudkan visi dan misinya, terutama yang terkait dengan pembentukan watak, mental dan kepribadian kaum muda Indonesia yang memiliki semangat bela negara, patriot pembangunan dan menjadi perekat bangsa.

Untuk terwujudnya visi dan misi ini, perlu segera dilakukan upaya pembenahan. Sebagaimana yang telah dilaksanakan oleh organisasi ini, Gerakan Pramuka telah memiliki jangkauan yang amat luas, mulai dari tingkat lokal sampai dengan tingkat nasional, yang kesemuanya harus dikelola secara baik.

Demi terwujudnya visi dan misi Gerakan Pramuka, peranan pelatih dan pembina adalah amat besar. Dengan perkataan lain peranan pelatih dan pembina menjadi faktor yang amat menentukan dalam menjamin keberhasilan revitalisasi Gerakan Pramuka, sebagaimana juga peranan guru dan dosen dalam revitalisasi sistem pendidikan.

Kegiatan ini tentunya sangat strategis dalam upaya kita merangkul kaum muda ditengah masyarakat, agar senantiasa dapat mengikuti kegiatan – kegiatan positif yang diberikan dalam gerakan pramuka dikota Tarakan.

Untuk itulah saya senantiasa menyambut baik langkah yang dilaksanakan oleh Jajaran Gerakan Pramuka, dengan harapan kegiatan semacam ini dapat menanamkan semangat dan kecintaan kaum muda terhadap rasa patriotisme dan nasionalisme dilingkungan masyarakat.

Saya atas nama Pemerintah kota Tarakan mengucapkan terima kasih kepada semua komponen masyarakat kota Tarakan yang telah berpartisipasi. Akhirnya dengan mengucapkan Bismillahirrahmanirrahim, acara Gerak Jalan Pramuka tingkat SLTA & UMUM dikota Tarakan pagi hari ini Saya nyatakan resmi DIMULAI.

Semoga Allah, SWT senantiasa memberikan ridho-Nya dan semoga segala amal ibadah kita diberi ganjaran yang semestinya dihadapan Allah, SWT . Amin.

(Enhancing the Self-Esteem)

Assalamu'alaikum wr wb,

All the praise be to Allah, the Lord of universe. Sholawat and salam may everlastingly upon the leader of all messengers, guider and leader of us, Prophet Muhammad Saw, upon all of his families, companions, and followers until the end of the time.

Our teacher and all my dearest students of SMAN 25 Garut,

All of you possibly understand how important the self-esteem is for your own selves. Everyone really must maintain his/her self-esteem and should not let anyone underestimate and humiliate her/himself.

You all might have known that self-esteem is an individual’s valuation to self-honorary through the attitudes towards his/herself that is implicit and non-verbalized and describe how far the individual valuates his/herself as a person who possess skills, meanings, preciousness, and competence. Self-esteem is truly important that always is required to be enhanced to reach for life with high dignity and pride.

Started out from own selves self-esteem will grow.

• Started from own selves

• Started from little things

• Started from this moment

There are few steps to grow and enhance the self-esteem and you can follow these steps from now on:

1. Learn to always be grateful for yourselves. Although sometimes people contemn you but you should always have convictions on yourselves that you have full rights for your life and you are the one who understand the most about yourselves.
2. Learn to love for yourselves. Love for yourselves means accept everything on yourselves whatever it is and learn to improve the potentials you have. Look at the positive sides of yourselves and the most important thing is to always be thankful for everything you we have.
3. Possess the positive self-image. This thing is related to self-acceptance. Self-image is way of view towards your own selves. Convince yourselves that you deserve to be success, you deserve to be loved and appreciated, and you are a special individual.
4. Do everything you consider it is important to do. Although you may feel like unable to do anything because you are too shy or scared, force yourselves out to go through that process. Have faith on yourselves that you can do it.
5. Learn how to live independently. Live without depending on others so that you won’t be susceptible to rejections.
6. Do not relate your self-esteem with the failures and mistakes you have made.
7. Have a right self-concept regarding self-esteem. Self-esteem comes from inside not outside of ourselves and not be found on materials we have, success we achieve, it’s because materials and success only require phantom self-esteem that will not last forever.
8. Appreciate your own selves. Do not refute any simple complement said by people about us. Accept all those complements and think out further forward. Be careful of words on your mind like “I am stupid”, “I just cannot do it”, “that’s all just a dream”, “It won’t come true”. Those poisonous words will ruin your self-esteem you have been building up step by step.

That’s all you can follow to make your self-esteem enhanced. Keep your self-esteem and enhance it by following those eight recipes I have said earlier.

I wish everything I said will bring all-to-the goods for all of you my dearest students. I say my deep apology for any mistake I made on my words.

Assalamu'alaikum wr. wb.

Segala puji bagi Allah yang menguasai seluruh alam. Sholawat dan salam semoga tetap dicurahkan kepada penghulu semua utusan, penghulu dan pimpinan kita, Nabi Muhammad Saw. , kepada keluarga, sahabat dan umatnya hingga akhir jaman. 

Ibu dan bapak guru yang kami hormati. Dan seluruh anak-anak ku siswa SMA Negeri 25 Garut yang bapak sayangi. 

Kalian mungkin memahami dan mengerti betapa pentingnya harga diri bagi diri kalian sendiri. Setiap orang tentu sangat menjaga harga diri nya dan tidak rela siapa pun meremehkan dan merendahkan dirinya.

Kalian mungkin sebelumnya sudah mengetehui bahwa harga diri adalah penilaian individu terhadap kehormatan diri, melalui sikap terhadap dirinya sendiri yang sifatnya implisit dan tidak diverbalisasikan dan menggambarkan sejauh mana individu tersebut menilai dirinya sebagai orang yang memiliki kemampuan, keberartian, berharga, dan kompeten. Begitu sangat pentingnya harga diri untuk selalu ditingkatkan untuk dapat mencapai hidup yang memiliki derajat dan martabat yang tinggi. 

Berawal dari diri sendirilah harga diri akan tumbuh.

• Mulai dari hal kecil

• Mulai dari saat ini

Ada beberapa langkah untuk menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan harga diri dan ini bisa kalian terapkan mulai dari saat ini :

1. Belajar untuk selalu menghargai diri sendiri. walaupun terkadang orang lain memandang diri anda rendah tapi tetapkan keyakinan anda bahwa andalah yang berhak atas hidup anda dan anda yang paling mengerti diri anda.
2. Belajar untuk menyukai diri sendiri. Menyukai diri sendiri berarti menerima diri apa adanya. dan belajar untuk mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki. Lihat sisi positif dari diri anda, adn yang paling penting adalah bersyukur untuk segala yang kita miliki.
3. Miliki gambar diri yang positif. hal ini berhubungan dengan penerimaan diri. gambar diri adalah cara pandang anda terhadap diri anda. yakinkan diri anda kalau anda layak untuk berhasil, anda pantas untuk dicintai dan dihargai, anda adalah pribadi yang special.
4. Lakukan apa yang anda anggap penting. walaupun anda merasa anda tidak mampu karena anda malu dan takut, paksakan diri anda untuk melalui proses itu. percayalah bahwa ternyata diri anda mampu untuk melakukannya.
5. Belajar untuk hidup mandiri, tidak tergantung dengan orang lain, sehingga anda tidak rentan terhadap penolakan. 
6. Jangan menghubungkan harga diri anda dengan kegagalan atau kesalahan yang anda lakukan.
7. Miliki konsep diri yang benar tentang harga diri, bahwa harga diri berasal dari dalam bukan dari luar diri kita. bukan terletak pada materi yang kita peroleh, kesuksesan yang kita peroleh karena materi dan kesuksesan hanya menumbuhkan harga diri semu dan tidak dapat bertahan selamanya.
8. Hargai diri sendiri, jangan tolak pujian sederhana yang dikatakan orang mengenai kita. terima itu dan berpikir lebih maju lagi. hati-hati bila ada kata-kata dibeak anda seperti “aku memang bodoh”, ” aku memang gak bisa”, “alah ini cuma mimpi , gak mungkin jadi nyata”. kata2 beracun ini akan merusak harga diri anda yang anda bangun perlahan-lahan.

Inilah yang bisa kalian terapkan untuk menjadikan harga diri kalian makin meningkat. Jaga harga diri kalian dan tingkatkanlah dengan cara mempraktekkan delapan resep yang bapak coba sampaikan tadi.

Ladies and gentlemen, first I want to introduce myself.......

Now I want to tell you some real condition of Indonesia.

Indonesia has a large area from Sabang until Merauke with a lot of natural resources. Indonesia has a lot of human resources too, who have good intelligence but they can’t get a work or we can say it as jobless. This kind of problem like jobless, can causes of very low employment, and this can be effect of corruption.

Now I want to tell indonesia’s corruption problem.

Now, Indonesia is the most corrupted country in Asia. I don’t know why it’s happen??? I think if Indonesia people are discipline and always obey the rule, corruption will not happen now in Indonesia. But based on our history from colonial era, we was colonized by Holland, and Holland have an organization called VOC. And that organization is corrupt the government money, so the conclusion based on our history, corruption can be our culture. But that based on our history of  VOC.

Ladies and gentlemen, In Indonesia maybe the corruption was start from the simple activity to the complicated ones. For the example from the simple activity is someone who need help, but he/she gives dome money to make it easier than before. And for the complicated are, who don’t know about century case??? Everyone was know about it, because this case involved vice president of Indonesia and minister of finance. And who don’t know about Gayus Tambunan???

Yes, he is a worker of tax office with not too much salary but he can bought several expensive houses. The question is How Gayus Tambunan Bought Several Expensive Houses With Not Too Much Sallary??? The answers is corruption maybe at our mind, right???

But it can be right, why does the worker of tax office with minimum salary can bought several expensive house??? OK, now the corruptor make our country lose out, because of them!!! We have a lot of natural resources, but where’s the results of this natural resources???

The result of this resources maybe can take by the corruptors.

So, Indonesia government make an organization called in bahasa KPK or Corruption Eradication Commission. KPK have a vision to free Indonesia from corruption. So. The function of KPK is to eliminate corruption in Indonesia, especially in government circle. Because at government circle corruption is happen, so to eliminate this treats, Indonesia government built KPK.

Ladies and Gentlemen, now Indonesia has broken because of corruption, so as the Indonesia people we must do something to make Indonesia move again. For example:

1. Make the corruptor won’t to do corruption again, in china corruptor have a death punishment, so the corruptor won’t to be corrupt again.
2. “WE” as the next generation must study lot of religion, to make our faith, and god fearing is strong from bad habits
3. “WE” must be honest people

Ladies and gentlemen, besides the government try to stop corruption with KPK, we must stop corruption from ourselves with an excellent religion. An excellent religion will make us as honest people. And Honest is the key to eliminate corruption, so if you want Indonesia clean from corruption you must be a honest people.
